Up it goes – with the various methods of conveyance used in our vertical conveyors. Vertical conveyor systems guarantee the highest level of availability of parts and assemblies from 100 kilograms up to 10 tonnes in weight.
Vertical conveyors – concept examples
Vertical conveyors distribute the conveyed material to various heights and overcome specified height differences within the conveyor path. The lifting stations can be combined with all standard means of conveyance such as EMCs, chain conveyors and floor conveyors.
The cable drum hoist with an integrated conveyor can be used to lift loads of up to 130 kilograms and can be integrated into any conveyor line.
This cable drum hoist, with its pincer construction, is designed for a lifting load of up to 2,000 kilograms and is used, for example, during the final assembly phase in car production: during the so-called “marriage”.
The four-post lift with chain suspension can be used to stack customer-specific posts or pallets with a total weight of up to 10 tonnes. The pallets are loaded into the lift using heavy load conveyance technology.
The two-post lift with integrated conveyor makes it simple to switch the conveyor level of conveyed workpiece carriers or components of up to 500 kilograms.
