We are familiar with almost all relevant programming systems from various manufacturers in the field of machinery and plant engineering. We realise the human-machine interface with the use of visualisation systems so that operation is clear, simple and consistent.

Software design – concept examples

Control, regulate and visualise: Using the appropriate programming system, we develop the “control centre” of the machine and, using visualisation systems, we design the layout of the human-machine interface. We have project experience both with stand-alone machines and with large, linked production lines.

Control cabinets and switchgear are planned using the CAE systems Eplan 5.70 and P8 V1.9 to V2.4. The configuration of the individual sub-systems is also set according to the customer’s specification.

We use visualisation systems such as WinCC, WinCC flexible, Zenon and Vijeo Designer to design and implement the user interface between the human and the machine. We also program dialogue windows that enable the user to control, monitor and diagnose processes.

Intuitive and ergonomic user interfaces, self-explanatory presentations of functions and process data and clear and logical structures in the background enable optimal operation. These useful, easily understandable user interfaces result in increased user acceptance of the machine or system.
