Whether it’s a pick-and-place solution, or a solution with options for palletising and depalletising or for the automatic extraction, isolation and loading of components – we manage it with confidence.

We like to stack things up – this is true of components, finished products or complete packages, stacked onto pallets in accordance with a customer-specific stacking pattern, either for buffering or for storage.

The system automatically removes injection moulded parts from one or more cavities within an injection moulding machine. In addition, base plates are inserted into one or several cavities of the injection moulding machine. The injection moulding system is linked with further processing steps, which are downstream from the injection moulding process.

We use handling robots for extraction and forwarding. These robots grip onto the unfinished workpieces or components and supply them to the next processing step within a machining centre or production cell. In addition to this, we also develop the motion simulation for the robotic gripping systems we use in-house.
